First Judo Taster Day

On Wednesday 26th June, Core Judo Staines delivered their first Judo taster day in the Spelthorne area. We had the pleasure of being invited by Our lady of the Rosary Primary school. 

We taught over 180 students Judo around ages 5 years old to 11 years old. In these sessions we taught animal movements, how to fall safely, key Japanese words, moral code of judo and how to pin your partner. 

Off the back of this from September we now be running a before-school club at the school.
